The Tokyo → Fuji listing flies about 35 minutes from Tokyo Heliport to the Fuji-Oshino heliport, with a landing at Glamp Dome Fuji Oshino. Morning, midday and afternoon departures exist so it can slot into a real itinerary. One bag per person is included. You still need ground transport after landing and a way home — this is not a round trip.
Getting to Kawaguchiko by highway bus or train routinely takes two hours or more, before you do anything. The helicopter does not make the lakes more interesting. It deletes the approach.
The winery day is a round-trip transfer with a long stop: fly in, lunch, fly out. You are not left in Fuji overnight, and you do not need a separate return. If your hotel is in Tokyo and you want a day at the mountain without logistics, that is the transfer-shaped tour. The full circle is the opposite: no landing at Fuji, maximum aerial coverage, back to Tokyo for dinner.
