Tokyo Heliport sits in Koto City, east of the tourist core. From Shinjuku or Shibuya, plan a dedicated transfer — taxi, private car, or a train connection into Shin-Kiba plus a short ride. Operators expect you at the meeting point before briefing, not at wheels-up time. For the winery day, hotel pickup is included, which is a practical advantage if you do not want to navigate Shinkiba on your own.
It is easy to mix these up on Viator because many listings share similar photos of the same mountain. A 10-, 25- or 30-minute downtown flight stays over Tokyo Bay, Skytree, Shibuya and the palace. A Fuji tour has to fly the Tokaido corridor for the better part of an hour. If the page does not mention Hakone, Lake Ashi, Kamakura, Oshino or a 90-minute block, it is probably a city hop.
