The 120-minute full circle is named for Hakone: Tokyo Bay, the coast, Enoshima, Hakone, Lake Ashi, then the mountain. You pay for that extra half hour and the five-seat cabin. The 90-minute Kamakura flight still passes Lake Ashinoko and Fuji 5th Station, then threads Kamakura and Yokohama on the way. It is the Hakone-adjacent option if you do not need the longer loop or the fifth seat.
The winery day flies to the Fuji foothills and lands; it is not a Hakone sightseeing circuit. The one-way transfer lands in Oshino, on the Yamanashi side, not at Lake Ashi. Do not buy those if Hakone is the keyword you actually care about.
A conventional Hakone day trip from Tokyo is ropes, boats, buses and weather on the ground. A helicopter does not replace the Open-Air Museum or an onsen. It replaces the travel time and gives you the caldera as a single picture. If you want to walk Hakone, take the train. If you want to see Hakone and Fuji in the same hour, take the full circle.
